Digital Transcription

 

I charge a per audio minute rate for digital transcription as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The above rates are based on professionally, clearly recorded audio and take account of the time required to transcribe the recording into a readable format, research unfamiliar terminology, spellings and names and proofread the transcript upon completion.

 

Please note that lesser quality recordings will be liable to a surcharge of £0.25 per audio minute and I reserve the right not to undertake recordings deemed to be of particularly poor quality.

 

 

Word Processing

 

I charge an hourly rate of £15.00 for word processing services.

 

 

Expedited/Out of Hours Requests

 

Projects specifically requested to be expedited, resulting in the work having to be undertaken during evenings, weekends or UK statutory/public holidays, will be liable to a surcharge of 20%.

 

 

Printing and Materials

 

Printing, material and postage costs and any other expenses incurred in relation to the work will be invoiced in addition to the rates stated.

 

 

Invoicing

 

An invoice will be submitted on completion of work and will become due and payable within 14 days of issue.

 

All invoices are submitted and payable in £ Sterling, with payment to be made preferably via bank

transfer or by cheque, payable to Sheila Logan VA.

 

VAT is not applicable.
